Bake a cinnamon cake

Cinnamon cake is an easy coffee cake that smells like home. It's made in one bowl and freezes well.

You will need

• 3 eggs
• 2 dl sugar
• 150 g butter
• 2 dl milk
• 4 dl plain flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Steps

1. Prepare the tin

   Heat the oven to 175 °C. Grease a cake tin (1.5–2 l) and dust it with breadcrumbs.

2. Melt the butter

3. Whisk the eggs and sugar

4. Mix the dry ingredients

5. Combine

6. Pour into the tin

7. Bake

8. Cool
